About this holiday home

Vidal Bezy has always been a hamlet (hamlet) and once consisted of 3 houses. It is said that in the Middle Ages our grange was a resting place for horses and the higher situated Vidal Bezy offered overnight accommodation to travelers. The date 1649 is engraved in the old fireplace of our house (now still in ruins), and the house and the grange show that there have been built in various eras. Across the valley, Roman excavations were done at a house when the owner started digging a swimming pool.

Vidal Bezy is in a very quiet place with spectacular views of the valley. We currently have 2 gites ready, 1 of which is inhabited by ourselves, until the maison de maitre is ready. Gite Lavendel is available from summer 2020 as a spacious holiday home for 4 people. Everything is built on 1 level and offers the possibility for disabled people to stay here. The exterior walls are thick and insulated, keeping the house warm in the winter and nice and cool in the summer.
